Diane Hetherington, MEd, EdD  (On extended leave)
Diane Hetherington, M.Ed, EdD, has a doctorate in Counselling
Psychology. As a family therapist, she works collaboratively with
families, couples and individuals of all ages to help them make the
changes they are seeking. Diane works with trauma survivors and
individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. She works with
couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Diane has a particular interest in attachment focused therapies with foster and adoptive families. Diane also specializes in therapy with persons with developmental disabilities, their families and other caregivers, especially concerning sexuality and relationships. She has written a book for parents about sexuality.
Diane believes that all of us contain, within ourselves, the
resources for change and healing. |
